After putting in an impressive display at home to earn a
point against Southend United, Argyle make the long journey to Wycombe for
tomorrow night’s fixture at Adams Park. The Pilgrims will also be looking to
carry on their 3 game unbeaten run when they take on Wonders.
Since wonders
ex-manager Gary Waddock’s departure on 21st September 2012 after a
third successful defeat, Gareth Ainsworth was handed the job of care-taker
manager. The team will be looking for
their first 3points in six games when they take on Plymouth Argyle at Adams
Park.
Gary Waddock will be looking to make a number of changes
when he team faces Argyle after their 3-0 defeat to London rivals Dagenham
& Redbridge. After Argyles
right-back Durrell Berry picked up his fifth yellow card of the season against
Southend, he is automatically given a one match suspension. This means he will
miss the game at Wycombe. Curtis Nelson
will be the obvious person to step into the right-back position, not his preferred
spot as he is a centre-back by trade. The
other possibility for manager Carl Fletcher will be for Onismor Bhasera to drop
back into the right back position with the Zimbabwe playing in the heart of midfield
for the last couple of games. Nick Chadwick
and Rhys Griffiths will be pushing for a starting 11 place with the players
returning from injuries to make comebacks in the Southend United game last
Saturday. Alex MacDonald will be looking
to keep his place in the starting 11 after he’s first goal for the Pilgrims
came on Saturday with him enjoying his second loan spell at Home Park.
